We guarantee that your selection will arrive to you or your selected recipients (provided we are given the correct address) in the condition which the items are intended. Our products are perishable – please open your package as soon as it arrives and place in freezer or refrigerator to thaw.
Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and all packages are shipped frozen via FedEx in special containers. Cost is based on package weight and shipping distance. Around the holiday seasons, exact delivery dates cannot be promised due to the enormous number of orders. To ensure the availability of your gift items, please order as early as possible.
NOTE: We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Delivery services will not forward packages, and perishable products cannot be reshipped. It will be the sender's responsibility to cover the cost of replacing the products and the cost of reshipment in the event that we are provided with an incorrect address. Please do not send confirmations as they may result in duplicate orders. We are not responsible for duplicate orders.
